Gorgeous location just in front of a lovely lake and around the corner from the park entrance. Hotel facilities included a cozy spa area, and the breakfast had variety and good quality. The staff members were kind and helpful.

Well made new hotel with very good and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and gym. Ok breakfasts at a pleasant Nikolsky restaurant - not wow! breakfasts but there is really nothing to complain about. The (day) Bavarian restaurant left mixed impressions – nice staff, sometimes slow - sometimes fast service, so-so desserts, good main dishes.

The only downside for me was that the aircon should have been a bit more powerful (in my view, I am sure that for most people it would be more than sufficient) and the windows could not be opened - which is, of course, very energy-efficient but when you come from the capital to a small seaside town you may want to have some fresh air at night. The doors to the blocks are quite heavy to open - not for small children.

This hotel has a fantastic location for exploring the breathtaking goner net palace used for the G8 summit, as it is right next to the entrance of Peterhof Park and the serene lake. The rooms are modern and well-furnished. The excellent facilities include a Turkish bath, hot tub, and swimming pool, all free for guests. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the service is great. The rooms feature stunning views.

One minor inconvenience was the crowding at breakfast for tour groups with limited seating.

There's nothing I dislike about the hotel.

Iwas there with my seven year old son.I was made to feel comfortable throughout my stay.I will want to praise the reception staff,the swimming pool staff(at the desk)but in particular I was impressed by the profesionalism ,politeness and courtecy of one waitress at the restaurant called Maria.On the downside the suit was not cleaned at all but when I complained the housekeeper took immediate action and it was promply rectified.

As I mentioned above the cleaniness of the room was appaling.Also I want to point out that the breakfast apart from Sunday was very poor.

The hotel was like a cozy home with beautiful lake view, kind staff, and delicious breakfast. The menu was varied and the hotel offered bicycles for rent. The location was ideal, near the cathedral with soothing bells. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the hotel had modern facilities including a large swimming pool and spa.

We were in the hotel once and I can see its improving. This time no problems with air conditioning system, in a room we found glasses and snacks. Perfect choice for the price offered.

Had a Merry Christmas at a beautiful hotel with a great vibe and delicious food. Enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the snow-covered surroundings. loved the fact that the hotel offered free shuttle service to nearby attractions and had a spa with relaxing treatments available.

Our room was not properly cleaned and we found hair on the bed and bathroom. the heater was barely working and we were freezing throughout our stay.

There were no glasses in the room. Air conditioner had very strange heat mode - seemed that heating wasn't working.

The room was spacious and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and taking romantic walks. We also enjoyed the peaceful ambiance.

The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming, making our romantic getaway a disappointment. The breakfast was lacking in quality and choice.
